  • Dispatch & Delivery Timeline: Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within standard processing time. Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and unforeseen events).

  • Courier Partners: We use trusted third-party courier services. Delivery timelines may vary by location and conditions. Once in transit, shipping timelines cannot be altered.

  • Tracking Information: Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email to help you monitor your shipment.

  • Shipping Charges: Free shipping on orders above ₹3000. For orders below ₹3000, a flat fee of ₹200 is applicable.

All orders must be prepaid using the payment options available on our website. We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

 

  • We offer a 10-day return/exchange window from the date of delivery, provided the merchandise is unused, undamaged, clean, and has original tags/packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.

  • Returns/exchanges are eligible only after the product passes our quality check.

  • We provide store credit (valid for one year) after deducting shipping charges.

  • Refunds are only given in case of damaged products. Colour variations are not considered defects since our fabrics are naturally dyed.

  • No exchange/return is allowed on Sale or discounted items.

  • The company reserves the right to make the final decision in any case.

Do not accept a parcel if it appears tampered with. If your merchandise arrives damaged, email us with images and order details. Once verified, we will provide either a store credit of equal value or a full refund.
