Delivery and returns

  1. At Sattva, we offer a 10-day return/exchange of the Merchandise, provided the Merchandise is unused, undamaged, clean, with the original tag/label and packaging intact along with the proof of purchase.If you wish to exchange/return the product, please send us an email support@sattvaboutique.in with your invoice number, and order details to initiate the exchange/return process. The return window will apply from the date of delivery of the Merchandise and would have to reach us by a maximum of 10 days. We offer store credit which has validity for a year , FOR returns after deducting shipping charges.
  2. Once items pass our quality check only then will the store credit be disbursed.
  3. Store credit is only given against the original order. If store credit is used to purchase a product on the website that corresponding product cannot be returned or exchanged.
  4. Refunds are only provided against damaged products. Colour variations are not considered damages as fabrics are all naturally dyed and there will be subtle differences.
  5. Please do not accept a parcel if it has been tampered with as we would not be responsible.
  6. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you can share images as proof with us at support@sattvaboutique.in The issue will be recorded, and further steps will be communicated to you. A store credit of the same value or a full refund can be made in such cases.
  7. No exchange or return on Sale or discounted products.
  8. The company holds the authority to make the final decision in any case.
